Iron Profile is a panel of tests, typically including serum iron, TIBC, and transferrin saturation, that together give a complete picture of your body's iron status. It's used to diagnose iron deficiency anaemia, iron overload, and other related conditions.

TIBC measures the blood's capacity to bind and transport iron using a protein called transferrin. It's used alongside serum iron and ferritin to help diagnose iron deficiency anaemia or conditions of iron overload.
